🧺 Ordering
Q: How do I place an order?
Simply add your favorite items to your cart and check out through our secure payment system. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted systems.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase as long as they haven’t shipped yet. If you need to make a change, send us a message as soon as possible at [insert your email address].
📦 Shipping
Q: Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states at a simple flat-rate shipping cost.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually packed within 2–3 business days and arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. We’ll email you tracking information once your parcel is on its way.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
Not yet! We currently ship only within the United States, but we hope to expand in the future.

Q: Are your products really handmade?
Yes — every soap, cream, and balm is handcrafted in small batches right here at Granny GoodSeeds. We blend, pour, and package each item with care.
Q: Why does my soap look a little different from the photo?
Handmade products vary naturally. Small differences in color, texture, or scent are part of what makes each bar unique and special.
Q: Are your ingredients natural?
Most of our recipes use natural oils, botanicals, and essential oils. You can find the full ingredient list on each product page.
💌 Returns & Replacements
Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at [insert your email address] with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
Because of the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item was damaged in shipping.
🌼 Gift Orders
Q: Can I send an order as a gift?
Absolutely! You can add the recipient’s name and address at checkout. If you’d like us to include a short handwritten note, just mention it in the order notes.
