At Granny Good Seeds, every package is prepared with care, tucked in safely, and sent from our little cottage to your door. We want every parcel to arrive just as lovely as when it left our hands.
Shipping
We offer flat-rate shipping anywhere in the 50 United States.
Orders are usually packed and on their way within 2–3 business days after your payment clears. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey home to you.
Please double-check your address before finalizing your order—our shipping helpers move quickly, and we wouldn’t want your package to wander off to the wrong doorstep.
Delivery
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping, though weather and postal delays can sometimes add a day or two. We appreciate your patience while your parcel makes its way through the post.
Returns
Because each item we offer is handcrafted, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged in transit.
If that happens, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at [insert your email address] with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Once we’ve reviewed your message, we’ll happily send a replacement or arrange a refund.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, you may do so within 24 hours of purchase as long as it hasn’t yet shipped. Once your package is on its way, it can no longer be canceled.
